Samarkand – Panjakent – Seven Lakes – Samarkand
- 07:00 · Early breakfast and the drive to the border. Crossing on foot takes about half an hour, the Tajik team meets you on the other side.
- 10:00 · Up the Shing gorge to the Marguzor lakes. We stop at each one: Mizhgon, Soya, Husher, Nofin, Hurdak, Marguzor and Hazorchashma.
- 13:00 · Lunch by the third lake.
- 16:00 · On the way back we stop at Sarazm, then cross the border and drive to Samarkand.
