What people ask before booking
No answer here — write to us on WhatsApp, we reply during office hours.
- My flight is three hours late. Will the driver leave?
- No. We track the flight by its number and shift the pickup time. Waiting after landing is free for 60 minutes.
- Can we stop on the way for photos or lunch?
- Yes, short stops are included. If you want to add Iskanderkul «on the way», tell us in advance and we will quote it as a route with a detour.
- How does a border crossing work?
- The car takes you to the crossing, you walk across (20–40 minutes), and a second car waits on the other side. One booking, one payment.
- Do I need anything for the Pamirs?
- A GBAO permit. We arrange it from a scan of your passport in 3–5 working days and put the fee on the invoice.
- How do I pay and can I cancel?
- The site only sends a request: there is no card payment here. The manager confirms the price and the car and agrees with you how to pay — cash (somoni, dollars) or transfer. Cancellation is free until the day before the trip.
